Chiropractic is a form of manual therapy that involves the use of hands-on manipulative techniques and specialized therapeutic modalities to help patients relieve pain, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture, enhance athletic performance and life life better. Doctors of Chiropractic are primary care practitioners in Ontario and do not require a medical doctor's referral to seek treatment. Chiropractors perform concise neuromuscular, skeletal and orthopedic assessments to determine the root cause of a patient's concern(s). Uniquely tailored treatment plans are developed to help patients get better, faster. Our practice is equipped with the latest in Class 4 Medical Laser Therapy, Radial Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Traction and Flexion-Distraction, Electrotherapies (TENS, NMES, IFC) and Electro-Acupuncture.

Registered Massage Therapy is a form of manual therapy designed to apply hands-on therapeutic techniques to improve one's health and wellness. Each treatment is customized to your individual preferences and care needs. Depending on your individual treatment needs and the therapists approach, this can include any combination of the following: Swedish, Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Lymphatic. We recommend patients select a 60 minute appointment for their initial visit so your therapist has adequate time to assess your area of concern and conduct a thorough health history and physical examination. The remaining time will be used for hands-on therapy. Late arrivals will be treated for the remaining time of their allocated appointment and charged for the assigned visit fee. We ask that you attend your appointments punctually to fully benefit from your treatment and take others' appointments in consideration.

Naturopathic doctors work to restore and support the powerful and inherent healing ability of the body, mind and spirit and to prevent further disease from occurring. Naturopathic doctors identify and remove obstacles to recovery, facilitating and augmenting this ordered and intelligent healing ability. The primary goal of a naturopathic doctor is to determine and treat the underlying cause rather than simply managing or suppressing their symptoms. The underlying cause may be due to diet, lifestyle habits, life events, posture or environment. Symptoms are viewed as expressions of the body’s natural attempt to heal. Each person is unique and requires individualized care. In treating the cause of any condition a naturopathic doctor takes into account not only your physical symptoms, but also mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, spiritual and other factors. Disease affects the entire person, not just a specific organ or system. Your nutritional status, lifestyle, family history, feelings, environmental stresses, and physical health are all carefully evaluated and addressed. Naturopathic doctors will assist you in understanding health and illness. He/she will provide with an understanding of the factors that affect your health and help you balance and become more capable of maintaining your own health. Naturopathic doctors also acknowledge the therapeutic value inherent in the doctor-patient relationship.
