Chiropractic is a form of manual therapy that involves the use of hands-on manipulative techniques and specialized therapeutic modalities to help patients relieve pain, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture, enhance athletic performance and life life better. Doctors of Chiropractic are primary care practitioners in Ontario and do not require a medical doctor's referral to seek treatment. Chiropractors perform concise neuromuscular, skeletal and orthopedic assessments to determine the root cause of a patient's concern(s). Uniquely tailored treatment plans are developed to help patients get better, faster. Our practice is equipped with the latest in Class 4 Medical Laser Therapy, Radial Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Traction and Flexion-Distraction, Electrotherapies (TENS, NMES, IFC) and Electro-Acupuncture.

Registered Massage Therapy is a form of manual therapy designed to apply hands-on therapeutic techniques to improve one's health and wellness. Each treatment is customized to your individual preferences and care needs. Depending on your individual treatment needs and the therapists approach, this can include any combination of the following: Swedish, Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Lymphatic. We recommend patients select a 60 minute appointment for their initial visit so your therapist has adequate time to assess your area of concern and conduct a thorough health history and physical examination. The remaining time will be used for hands-on therapy. Late arrivals will be treated for the remaining time of their allocated appointment and charged for the assigned visit fee. We ask that you attend your appointments punctually to fully benefit from your treatment and take others' appointments in consideration.

Kris is a lifelong athlete that has competed at the highest level in Ontario in athletic endeavors including track and field, natural (tested) bodybuilding, and powerlifting. These experiences have provided him with an excellent understanding of body mechanics and a firm belief in the importance of addressing the body as a whole, rather than as separate parts. Kristofer believes in treating the cause of an issue rather than its symptoms in order to provide patients with effective and timely relief from their impairments.

Kristofer is passionate about working with people to provide the many benefits of massage therapy. Massage therapy is often viewed as just soft tissue relaxation, however, Kristofer believes in a thorough assessment process, rehabilitative exercises, as well as targeted soft tissue techniques to improve performance and decrease injuries.

He has worked with a variety of populations, athletes of all ages and ranging from house leagues to professional.
